How do you spend your time at home?
Between working, looking after our two year old, cooking, cleaning and finding some time for ourselves! When those precious minutes come and I'm all alone I'll be listening to Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth which I find truly soothing.
How do you spend your time at home?
I've been baking and doing online yoga classes - both new discoveries! With no travel time to and from the office - I've found the time to actually do some exercise once my baby is in bed. It's helping me to get into a new routine and I'm taking all the positive I can during this worrying time.

How do you spend your time at home?
I have been luck enough to relocate back to my parents house for this time. So my isolation has been spent cooking, taking my dog Charlie out for walks and making the most of the Scottish weather!

At bed time I'm currently reading 'Where The Crawdads Sing' by Delia Owens. I also make sure I sleep with my silk eye mask to not get woken up by the light in the morning!

How do you spend your time at home?
After switching off from work for the day, I find going for a 20-30 minute walk with my husband helps clear my head and re-charge for the evening which entails cooking a nutritional Indian meal for us. Getting some fresh air and eating well is super important for us whilst at home during these times.
How do you spend your time at home?
I've been knitting, crocheting and practicing a Japanese embroidery technique called Sashiko. Now is the perfect time to learn a new craft, it's so relaxing! I'm also listening to the Elis James & John Robins Podcast - they're doing bonus podcasts called The Isolation Tapes which are very funny and relatable.

How do you spend your time at home?
I have taken up embroidery to be more creative to try and reduce my screen time on my phone, tv and laptop. I have also started reading more - my current favourite book is "The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life' by Albert Liebermann and Hector Garcia. I'm also making sure that I keep active and trying to exercise at least once everyday.

How do you spend your time at home?
I'm focusing on rebalancing myself, having been a city girl all my life, part of me enjoys this stillness. I'm reading, baking, organising my apartment and donating anything I don't use or wear, all things I don't usually have time to do.
