CARE FOR YOUR ASCENO
We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with a gentle detergent. Leave out to dry under the shade. Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer. We do not recommend wearing the swimwear in very chlorinated water or exposing it to something that might result in a stain. In order to make the special fabric of our swimwear, we do not treat it with any chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discoloring.
For 100% silk garments we recommend hand washing at 30 degrees with specialist silk detergent or dry cleaning.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Iron or steam to keep them in the best condition.

Orders made by 3pm BST will be despatched the same working day.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days. (Please get in touch if you require a Saturday U.K. delivery.)
If the goods are returned to us, a second redelivery charge will be incurred.
Delivery times to addresses outside the U.K. are not guaranteed.
International orders are tracked with DHL when leaving the U.K and door to door.
For all deliveries a signature will be required upon delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

We will endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible. The goods will be packaged securely and labelled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 1 business days of receiving your order.
