ASCENO Competition Terms & Conditions

ASCENO Competition T&C’S

 

  1. The promoter is ASCENO Ltd whose registered office is at Unit 22.1, 2-4 Exmoor Street, Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 6BD.
  2. The competition is run worldwide, entrants must be over 18 years old.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition,
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Entrants who choose to sign up to receive email marketing promotions by both ASCENO, Oyuna and de Mamiel can also opt out at any time by managing their account preferences.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 21st May at 12AM (BST). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The prize is as follows:

  • de Mamiel sleep series skincare kit

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes and subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen:

  • By ASCENO.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
