We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.

To be notified when an item is back in stock, please select your sold out size and add your email in the box to be notified when your size is back in stock.
You can add our monogram option to any of our shirts and eye mask pouches. You will be able to choose this option on the items page by selecting the monogram option or, please contact our Concierge Team who can place the order for you.
For any bespoke orders with special requests on monogramming, please contact our Concierge Team.
Please note, the monogram service is an additional charge. We aim to dispatch monogrammed orders in 4-8 business days.

Yes, you can add our sustainable gift packaging to your order at checkout. Please note, additional charges will apply.

No, ASCENO does not have a store but we are stocked in stores internationally. See here for further details:
DELIVERY
ASCENO uses DHL Express for all online orders. ASCENO orders require a signature upon delivery.
UK Next Day Delivery - You can pay an additional charge for guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.
UK Standard Delivery - Will take 2-3 working days, depending on your location.
Orders being delivered to Europe & Rest of World - will take 3-5 working days.
Orders being delivered to USA - will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. Please note, US Customs has increased its process for clearing orders over $800. For more information, please see our delivery page.
ASCENO are not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
For orders being delivered to the UK and USA you will not be required to pay Duties & Taxes. For orders being sent to Europe & The Rest of the World, you may be liable to customs and duties charges. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and payable at checkout. Please see our delivery page for further information: Delivery Page

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your DHL tracking number included.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a return or an exchange for your item(s) within 20 days of receipt. SALE item(s) return requests need to be submitted within 14 days from when you received your order. All returned items need to be returned to ASCENO within 28 days from when you received your order.
UK customers can exchange for your item(s) within 20 days of receipt for an alternative size. Please ensure that we receive your original returned item back within 28 days from when you received your order. The exchanged item will be sent out when the return is received, where stock is still available. Otherwise, you will be refunded for your purchase, if all return criteria are met.

Once your package has been dropped off at a DHL drop off location or picked up by DHL your return can take up to 10-14 working days to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Once your order has been refunded, please allow 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. This time frame can vary depending on your bank issuer.

No, any ASCENO pieces purchased from one of our wholesale partners must be returned directly to the store you purchased from.
