THE ASCENO GUARANTEE
The product must be registered with Asceno in order to claim against the Guarantee. Items must be purchased directly from www.asceno.com or from one of our registered stockists (on our store list - www.asceno.com/pages/stores) in order to register your item with the Guarantee.
Please enter your details in the form on this page (www.asceno.com/pages/asceno-5-year-silk-pyjama-guarantee) and we will be in contact to confirm your registration.
The 5 Year Warranty must be registered no later than 30 days from the invoice date to validate any claim(s). Upon registration the claimant will be sent an email confirmation with notification of registration and a related reference number.
Issue must be considered a fault by Asceno to claim against the Guarantee.

Faulty products purchased direct with Asceno within 6 months can be returned for a refund. Items purchased outside of the 6 months or from a registered stockist can be returned for exchange only.
Items can only be exchanged for the same style, colour and size and the cash equivalent of the value cannot be applied to other items.
The Asceno Guarantee is currently only an in-house programme, any claims must be made directly at Asceno.
To obtain a warranty service:

- Provide proof of fault by e-mail, provide a clear fault description including photos and carry out any diagnostics if advised
- Comply with any reasonable instructions from Asceno to allow you to receive the warranty service.
If your item has been bought in the last 6 months, Asceno will provide you with a returns shipping label otherwise the cost of shipping the return to our London, UK address is the customer’s responsibility.
1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2.1. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
2.2. You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out on our website.
2.3. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Our VAT number is 985 9286 44.
3. RIGHT FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT
3.1. You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
3.2. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing.
3.3. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
3.4. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
4. CANCELLATION BY US
4.1. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
4.1.1. we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
4.1.2. we do not deliver to your area; or
4.1.3. one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typo-graphical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
4.2. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
5. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
5.1. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
5.2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within
30 days of your order.
5.3. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
6.1. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
6.2. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
6.2.1. to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
6.2.2. to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
6.2.3. to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
6.3. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 6.2© above.
6.4. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
6.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at: ASCENO Ltd. Unit 10, 160 Barlby Road, London. W10 6BS and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from to time.
8. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
11. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Entry to competitions is free and open to UK residents only. This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK except for the staff of ASCENO Ltd. Entries must be submitted in the formats specified in the entry/survey form. ASCENO Ltd reserves the absolute right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries. The competition can be extended or cancelled at anytime without notice and at the discretion of ASCENO Ltd. No entrance fee or purchase is required to enter the competition. ASCENO Ltd reserves the right to reject any entry on any grounds that it may from time to time consider appropriate. The decision of ASCENO Ltd to accept or reject an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Competition winners will be announced in within 14 days after the close of the competition. ASCENO Ltd may require winners to take part in post-competition publicity. Winning entries and names of runners up will be published on the ASCENO Ltd website and email newsletters. No alternative cash or otherwise to the stated prizes are available. ASCENO Ltd shall be obliged to contact the prize winner only at their address given on the entry form. Any prize not claimed within 5 days of sending notification of a winning entry shall be forfeited. ASCENO Ltd may award the prize to another entrant. By entering the competition each entrant agrees that ASCENO Ltd may use their name and email address for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. ASCENO Ltd is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and entrants can request access to personal information held about them by contacting the company. ASCENO Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition if it is reasonable to do so or if unforeseen circumstances arise. On receipt of an entry the competition entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
ASCENO Ltd ("ASCENO", "we", "our", "us") respect the privacy rights of its online visitors/customers ("you", "your", "yours") and recognise the importance of protecting the information collected about them. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

COLLECTING INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT.
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our mailing list for either email subscription or postal promotions. The purpose of the subscription is to gather details so that we can provide you with up to date information on our products and services which you have requested from us.
We operate an opt-in policy in terms of communicating via email, post, and telephone. By subscribing to our mailing list, you are opting to receive communications by email. However, every time we contact you after this, you will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing list. INFORMATION COLLECTED ON YOUR BEHALF
asceno.com requests personal information from you when you place an order, or register for a service offered by ASCENO, or a third party affiliate/partner. If an order is placed with us, we will request personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit card billing address(es) so that we can process, fraud check and deliver your order. Details of your address and also the telephone number and email you have provided us will be shared with our courier partner Team Global and Citysprint (if you have chosen this delivery method) these details have been shared to assist in providing you with 1st class delivery service and will not be used by this third party for any other reasons. You may also choose to store your credit card details with us. Your card payment details will be automatically saved after each new transaction. Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems, your full card number will be encrypted and not visible to any ASCENO employees. Should you wish to opt out of storing this information, you can remove these details through the my-account facility of the site. Alternatively you can contact a sales representative on +44 203 620 6560 to remove any stored data against your account. Your telephone number may be given to our courier partner for delivery services (If this method of delivery has been selected) These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. You will not be contacted by telephone for any other reason than your order status and unless you have otherwise specifically requested.
