All orders placed after these dates cannot guarantee Christmas Delivery. All orders placed from the 23rd of December onwards, may not be shipped until the 2nd of January 2026.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
For the holiday period we have extended our returns window. For all orders placed from 1st - 12th December wishing to return, please email concierge@asceno.com about your returns by Monday, 5th Jan at the latest and any returned item(s) must be received back at our warehouse at the latest, by Friday, 9th January 2026. Orders placed after the 12th December follow the standard return window time frame. Any orders placed with SALE items before Dec 1st, follow the standard SALE return window timeframe.
