Linen is the most natural and sustainable fabric our earth produces - untreated linen is a completely biodegradable fabric made from flax plant fibres. Across its lifecycle, a linen shirt uses 6.4 litres of water compared with 26 litres for a cotton shirt.

I always have one fiction book by my bedside to switch my brain off, I've just finished Normal People by Sally Rooney. And few spiritual go-to's - Echkart Tolle 'A New Earth' is teaching me to be present. Something not easy for me at all!
Without my daily commute I'm finding it hard to find the time for podcasts, but my go-to's are Fearne Cotton 'Happy Place' and Oprah's 'Super Soul Conversations."
